The Team Sparta 2010 Blog is intended to improve Team communications and maintain momentum in achieving Master Plan Goals, Strategies, Actions, and Outcomes. We can post questions and answers. We can post real- time updates and share new information. We can post opportunities to access resources and recruit new implementation- team members. Hopefully, by using this Blog as a communication's tool, contributions sought from our Team of volunteers will be made easier, and with more efficient use of a most valued resource, that being time.

Congratulations on yesterday's regional meeting! The Sparta Team (BREMCO) was the perfect host for the meeting and the presentation was terrific. It sounds like an important next step for the Team is to begin prioritization of projects and develop a funding plan. I have a template for developing these funding priorities that should be helpful in these efforts. David Fencl and I look forward to continuing to help in facilitating this process.
